(Share) The four wives

THE 4 WIVES - An Inspirational Story

There was a rich merchant who had 4 wifes. He loved the 4th wife the most and adorned her with rich robes and treated her to delicacies. He took great care of her and gave her nothing but the best.

He also loved the 3rd wife very much. He's very proud of her and always wanted to show off her to his friends. However, the merchant is always in great fear that she might run away with some other men.

He too, loved his 2nd wife. She is a very considerate person, always patient and infact is the merchant's confidante. Whenever the merchant faced some problems, he always turned to his 2nd wife and she would always help him out and tide him through difficult times.

Now, the merchant's 1st wife is a very loyal partner and has made great contributions in maintaining his wealth and business as well as taking care of the household. However, the merchant did not love the first wife and although she loved him deeply, he hardly took notice of her.

One day, the merchant fell ill. Before long, he knew that he was going to die soon. He thought of his luxurious life and told himself, "Now I have 4 wives with me. But when I die, I'll be alone. How lonely I'll be

Thus, he asked the 4th wife,"I loved you most, endowed you with the finest clothing and showered great care over you. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?" "No way!" replied the 4th wife andshe walked away without another word.

The answer cut like a sharp knife right into the merchant's heart. The sad merchant then asked the 3rd wife, "I have loved you so much for all my life. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?""No!"replied the 3rd wife."Life is so good over here! I'm going to remarry when you die!" The merchant's heart sank and turned cold.

He then asked the 2nd wife,"Ialways turned to you for helpand you've always helped meout. Now I need your help again. When I die, will you follow me and keep me company?" "I'm sorry, I can't help you out this time!" replied the 2nd wife. "At the very most, I can only send you to your grave." The answer came like a bolt of thunder and the merchant was devastated.

Then a voice called out : "I'll leave with you. I'll follow you no matter where you go." The merchant looked up and there was his first wife. She was so skinny, almost like she suffered from malnutrition. Greatly grieved, the merchant said, "I should have taken much better care of you while I could have !"

'Every man and woman has four wives or husbands. What do these wives signify?'

*THE FOURTH WIFE
The 4th 'wife' is our body. We love our body day and night. In the morning, we wash our face, put on clothing and shoes. We give food to our body. We take care of our body like the fourth wife in this story. But unfortunately, at the end of our life, the body, the first 'wife' cannot follow us to the next world. As it is stated in a commentary, 'When the last breath leaves our body, the healthy color of the face is transformed, and we lose the appearance of radiant life. Our loved ones may gather around and lament, but to no avail. When such an event occurs, the body is sent into an open field and cremated, leaving only the white ashes.'This is the destination of our body.

*THE THiRD WiFE
Our 3rd wife ? Our possessions, status and wealth. When we die, they all go to others.

*THE SECOND WiFE
The 2nd wife is our family and friends. No matter how close they had been there for us when we're alive, the furthest they can stay by us is up to the grave.

*THE FiRST WiFE
The 1st wife is in fact our soul, often neglected in our pursuit of material, wealth and sensual pleasure

Moral & picture : In a hurry , so would post it later sometime (which i will not because i knw i'll forget it !) !

(Real) (Day 2) Skydiving in India

As mentioned in the earlier post , reported at 6.30am at the reception. Ankitaa was all dressed up , met another architect guy from hyderabad at the reception as we were waiting for other participants. Praveen had forgotten his medical certificate so he went back to his room and we were all ready by 7am.
Got into the car with a local camera guy who was the SRK of Sagar district. He was on a story telling spree about his various adventures !

Reached Chimes Aviation Academy (CAA) in half an hour.
Sunrise was beautiful with weather that oozes mild smoke upon breathing. Was loitering in the academy with the camera guy and clicked some pictures of the academy and the parking lot.

8.30am and Rajkumar Sir and G Mohan Rao were giving some classroom instructions to us. They seemed quite easy.We signed all the necessary forms telling us that your death is in your hands and we are not responsible for it.
HAA !
I had requested them to keep my turn the 1st one because i had to leave at 3pm that day itself. Had a warm session with Mohan rao with all instructions repeated again.

The Jump :

Okay i posted this experience as a status on facebook and here it goes:
"It was one late late night when speed & distance was being discussed and then the topic changed to speed-thrills.
And hence the plan.
Sky-diving from a height of 10,000 ft.
The idea was initially , a get high and dive , but then i thought that it would supress the actual feeling.
Saturday morning , 10 am and I was all equipped with safety materials and a lot of instructions.
It took 40 minutes to reach Sky-high.
Uber cool views from cessna 172 which did not have any door !
6000-7000ft , temperature was around 2-3 degrees and sun-rays sparkled the clouds like anything.
Ghuuzzzzbummmmzzzzz !
Being on such a height felt amazing but looking down on earth , my conscience was like "Aaa diving naa chakarro
ma kyak haav upar naa pochi jau !"
It was crisp 10.40am and G Mohan Rao was already hanging from the right wing-cliff and i was next.
Terrified due to the extreme wind and pressure conditions , i was not able to pull out my left leg of the plane.
Rajkumar Commanded : Out_in_out and there was a FREEFALL. I mean FREEEEEEEEEFALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.
200 miles/hour and the adrenaline started pumping like those Akshardham fuwaras.
I cannot describe the degree of beautifulalolinesssssss of the views because then it would be a fight as of
beautiful infinity and inifinity-square etc.
Boss , 20 j second ma , i was at 6000 from 10,000.
Had a 360 degree parachute turn at around 4000 ft.
Bump into clouds and horizontal and vertical and 30 degrees and 70 degrees and bubbles in testicles and shape
of the cheeks when mouth-open - Drop-dead Amazing.
Guys do save some money and do do do go for a tandem-jump coz i bet , it would be a lifetime experience orelse you
can bang in any position you want!
Prefer a sea-landing option as that would be a zero risk jump(I got my knees fleshed off while landing).
Got some really really kickass exit photos.
Infi happiness :)".

After the jump i met the other participants and they were like "Mitesh , we saw you , you were falling like some asteroid is hitting earth !". Isn't it an amazing thing to hear ! Did a little dressing on the bruised knees and had lunch. Left with a localite who dropped me to a nearby bus stand (they were looking at me like i was an alien). Boarded the train from Sagar and met really good people in there.

Time just went by with a aged couple from porbandar and that KATHIYAWAD connections ! One thing i am sure that i can atleast find a common connection between me and you , if you are from gujarat and you are upto something !
We had a couple with their son from UP. The guy worked in Kutch area (my memory seems to be that of EPROM) and had some really good political points regarding Sir Narendra Modi. And when its Gujarat , its definitly Modi in there.

Reached Ahmedabad next morning and reached home in a ricksaw to which i later realized that i had forgotten my bike was already at the station.
Remember , i told you , my memory !

(Real) (Day-1) Skydiving in India

It was pre-diwali time and i had scheduled my CAT on 3rd of november. I had a 'you-won't-believe' schedule in oct-november which i would share some other time !

I just came back after my mock-CAT at around 1.30am.
I and tirth (my roommate{fantastic guy}) generally discuss my scores and analyse it amap.
It was then we were discussing speed and distance quant problems solving whom takes half an hour if you take "ethics" into consideration.
I then came to my bedroom and i was thinking speed and distance again.Suddenly , i literally mean suddenly , it was speed thrills in my mind. Thinking of a time , when you were happy in past , at such stressful moment always gives you mental freshness .

I remembered the time when Toyota fortuner reached almost 190 km/hr during a recent roadtrip. And as common what whatsapp is to phones these days , driver seat is to Mr Karna Mahant.

Okay so speed thrills.
Second thought , Mitesh you got to do Skydiving.

Searched , researched and there i was.
Booked a slot and booked train tickets to Dhana,MP.
Scheduled date was 25-26-27 Jan and it was a complete rest-off weekend.

24th Jan (Thursday Night) -
Left office around 6 pm that day and went to my place for packing and stuff. I had already placed a List-of-things to be carried on the main table which i always look first , when i reach home daily.
Packed those things , took some other things and was on facebook !
Time went by and i didn't knew !
It was already 7.30pm and you should definitey hear to some gujju about Ahmedabad's eve traffic !
Took my bike and rushed to railway station.
I was hell hungry and i prioritize food over anything.
Parceled some Tikkas from Moti-mahal and parked the bike.
Scanned the board for platform and rushed in like anything (it was just 5-7 minutes to depart).

Got the train but then i thought that i bloody don't know the seat number because the ticket was in waiting mode. Called tirth for seat number and confirmation stuff. He is super-quick in these type of replys. Just reached the train seat and the train departed.Such close moment mann and i was laughing internally like BLISS.

Reached Bina on 25th around 3 pm.Had a very good egg-curry at very bad place near a bus-stand. Boarded a bus to Sagar (70 kms from Bina). I had googled the distance and it usually takes 90 minutes in gujarat to cover 70 kms.
But it took ~4 hours to reach Sagar .Hell MP roads and transport system !

Boarded a local Ricksaw called a chakda in Gujarat to RajaKhedi (10 kms from Sagar).
There i was at Hotel Paradise.
The diving people had booked a room between two participants and my roommate had taken the keys with him and left.
Similar was the case with Desetty Praveen.
A nice-hearted south indian guy to chat with.True in all his words. We both befriended sharing our rona-dhona.
He accompanied me for a shave to a nearby salon and then we went for dinner together.

Came back to paradise and met Anubhav Kohli (roommate).
A middle aged guy with heavy beard and those North Indian cheeks.I had assumed he was somewhere from top north and
he actually was.
From kashmir , handling a Hotel business. He was smoking and having his cholle-bhature asking me if i had any problem
with smoke to which i did not have any. He was discussing the current day's training session and risks as they were diving solo.

Had a Intro and chat session with Praveen's roommate too.I assumed he was maharastrian and he was.A software engineer
belonging to pune.

Had some vodka with another participant in room 406 and was discussing the thrills. There was some fear and sparks and thrills in everybody's body language and language too !

The atmosphere was exciting. slept at 12.30am to report at 6.30am for the Jump.

(Share) Love and relationship

During a seminar, a woman asked," How do I know if I am with the right person?"

The author then noticed that there was a large man sitting next to her so he said, "It

depends. Is that your partner?" In all seriousness, she answered "How do you know?" Let

me answer this question because the chances are good that it's weighing on your mind

replied the author.

Here's the answer.

Every relationship has a cycle… In the beginning; you fall in love with your partner. You

anticipate their calls, want their touch, and like their idiosyncrasies. Falling in love wasn't

hard. In fact, it was a completely natural and spontaneous experience. You didn't have to

DO anything. That's why it's called "falling" in love.

People in love sometimes say, "I was swept of my feet."Picture the expression. It implies

that you were just standing there; doing nothing, and then something happened TO YOU.

Falling in love is a passive and spontaneous experience. But after a few months or years of

being together, the euphoria of love fades. It's a natural cycle of EVERY relationship.

Slowly but surely, phone calls become a bother (if they come at all), touch is not always

welcome (when it happens), and your spouse's idiosyncrasies, instead of being cute, drive

you nuts. The symptoms of this stage vary with every relationship; you will notice a

dramatic difference between the initial stage when you were in love and a much duller or

even angry subsequent stage.

At this point, you and/or your partner might start asking, "Am I with the right person?" And

as you reflect on the euphoria of the love you once had, you may begin to desire that

experience with someone else. This is when relationships breakdown.

The key to succeeding in a relationship is not finding the right person; it's learning to love

the person you found.

People blame their partners for their unhappiness and look outside for fulfillment.

Extramarital fulfillment comes in all shapes and sizes.

Infidelity is the most common. But sometimes people turn to work, a hobby, friendship,

excessive TV, or abusive substances. But the answer to this dilemma does NOT lie outside

your relationship. It lies within it.

I'm not saying that you couldn't fall in love with someone else. You could. And

TEMPORARILY you'd feel better. But you'd be in the same situation a few years later.

Because (listen carefully to this):

The key to succeeding in a Relationship is not finding the right person; it's learning to love

the Person you found.

SUSTAINING love is not a passive or spontaneous experience. You have to work on it day

in and day out. It takes time, effort, and energy. And most importantly, it demands

WISDOM. You have to know WHAT TO DO to make it work. Make no mistake about it.

Love is NOT a mystery. There are specific things you can do (with or without your partner),

Just as there are physical laws Of the universe (such as gravity), there are also laws for

relationships. If you know how to apply these laws, the results are predictable.

Love is therefore a "decision". Not just a feeling.

Remember this always: God determines who walks into your life. It is up to you to decide

who you let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let GO..

Moral of the Story : "If its not working , make it work ! toil hard"
